Phil's On Front
in downtown Traverse City. Phil's on Front is located at 236 East Front Street.
8 ounces chicken breast/ sliced thinly
3 ounces sliced thinly Chanterelle/lobster mushrooms
1 apple peeled/cored sliced
1 Tbl unsalted butter
1 ounce of apple brandy
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 ounce whole cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute chicken slices in sizzling butter. Turn over after one minute and then add mushrooms and sliced apples. Saute for approximately one minute and then add apple brandy. Add whole cream and simmer until cream is thick and bubbly. Add stock and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper!
