Certified personal trainer Stacy Jago was back in studio talking about the differences between cardio workouts and strength training. Jago says lately she's been getting questions from several clients about the benefits between both types of exercises.
Jago says both are beneficial to a person but they need to be done in combination on a regular basis for people to see effects.
