      Focusing on a future career in manufacturing technology

      The TBAISD Career-Tech Center Manufacturing Technology Academy (MTA) is hosting several information nights.


      Students interested in engineering, robotics, management, product design or other technology-related professions can learn more about the fields.

      (MTA) is hosting several information nights. High school sophomores and juniors from Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska and Leelanau counties are invited to take part.


      The upcoming student/parent information nights will take place at the Northwestern Michigan College Parsons-Stulen building, which is located at 2600 Aero Park Drive in Traverse City. The events run from 6:30-8 p.m. on the following dates:


      Tuesday, Jan. 14

      Thursday, Jan. 30

      Thursday, Feb. 13

      Tuesday, Feb. 25
