      Get your sleep schedule back on track for back to school

      For a lot of kids, summer means sleeping in and staying up late. But with school right around the corner soon students will need to get back to a regular sleep schedule. Munson Pediatrician, Dr. Sarah Mulder of the Traverse Area Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic stopped by 7&4 News with idea on how to get to sleep on time to make sure you'll get to school on time.
