With our busy lifestyles it can be tough to make that perfect after school snack for kids, let alone something healthy. That's why we invited registered dietician, Jen May back to the studio to show parents some easy to make snacks that the kids will enjoy.
May says it's all about getting the kids involved in the kitchen and teaching them how to make healthy snacks. Everything from yogurt and granola to cut up fruit in playful shapes are just some of the ways May says kids will enjoy eating nutritional foods.
