Author Cari Noga talks to 7&4 News about her first novel, "Sparrow Migrations".
Noga said the book was inspired by the Miracle on the Hudson plane crash as well as her experience being a mom of a son with autism.
"Sparrow Migrations" was a semifinalist in the 2011 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Contest.
Noga has also written books about road bicycling in Michigan and columns about the business side of Michigan's growing wine industry.
