This week Phil is sharing his Rhubarb Cobbler recipe:
2-4 large rhubarb stalks
1/4 cup organic brown sugar
1 tsp. thistle honey
Dice rhubarb 1/2 inch pieces mix all ingrdients set aside
4 ounces melted unsalted butter
2 ounces rough and ready oatmeal
1 cup plus or minus graham crumbs
organic brown sugar to taste
Melt butter, let cool add oatmeal, graham crumbs.
Place rhubarb mixture in baking ramekin/dish place topping on top bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
