      Phil is sweet on rhubarb this summer


      We're cooking with chef Phil Murray from Phil's on front in Traverse City.


      Phil is helping you create some of his favorite dishes in your own kitchen every Thursday on 7&4 News Today.


      This week Phil is sharing his Rhubarb Cobbler recipe:


      Ingredients:



      2-4 large rhubarb stalks



      1/4 cup organic brown sugar


      1 tsp. thistle honey


      Dice rhubarb 1/2 inch pieces mix all ingrdients set aside


      Topping:


      4 ounces melted unsalted butter


      2 ounces rough and ready oatmeal


      1 cup plus or minus graham crumbs


      organic brown sugar to taste


      Cooking Directions:



      Melt butter, let cool add oatmeal, graham crumbs.


      Place rhubarb mixture in baking ramekin/dish place topping on top bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
