      Phil squashes the carbs and calories out of your spaghetti

      "The reason they call it spaghetti squash is because when you cook it and you take it out of the shell, it looks like spaghetti squash," said Phil. "And it's very, very healthy."

      This week Phil is sharing his recipe for Spaghetti Squash:

      Cooking Directions:

      Cut squash in half and scrape out seeds. Place in a water bath.

      "It steams it a little and makes it nice and soft and tender," said Phil.

      Bake squash at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, or until soft.

      "It's very, very delicious," said Phil. "It's good by itself or it's good with grilled fish or chicken."
