Restaurant Week: Apache Trout Grill's Pecan Creole Whitefish
Restaurant Week has officially started and with 30 restaurants participating, there are plenty of meals just waiting to be eaten.
To try out some of the dishes on the menus, Melissa Smith and Holly Baker went to a few of the restaurants and prepared some of the dishes themselves. In Leelanau County, Apache Trout Grill is offering a Pecan Creole Whitefish dish as one of their second course options.
Melissa gets right in the kitchen with the head chef to fry up the fish and see how its done.
