Slick road sends school bus into the ditch
The blast of winter weather in April is causing problems on area roads.
The slick roads sent a Traverse City area school bus into the ditch early Wednesday morning. It happened around 5:05am on M-72 and Skegemog near Williamsburg.
7&4 News is told the bus was going to pick up students heading to Traverse Bay Area ISD. The driver and an adult assistant were in the bus when it went into the ditch. No one was hurt.
Traverse City schools, including the TBA ISD, were closed around 5:20am due to the snow and icy conditions.
