TC Wine&Art Festival: Bistro FouFou

The Traverse City Wine and Art Festival is coming up next month. To get an idea of all the food and wine offered 7&4's Holly Baker is taking a restaurant tour to learn about what the chefs and winemakers will be showcasing at the events.

Wednesday's stop was Bistro FouFou where Chef Adam McMarlin and Chef/owner Guillaume Hazael-Massieux explain their featured dish. Local winemakers Paul Hamelin of Verterra and Bryan Ulbrich from Left Foot Charley brought some wine for a Wednesday morning toast to the TC Wine&Art Festival!
