Do you like breads, spaghetti and fruits? All of these of course contain carbohydrates and are a big part of some people's daily diets. Registered dietician, Jen May says it's all about portion control and watching how much you take in when it comes to these foods. May says carbs provide brain power and energy for people and sometimes get a bad reputation, but it's all about the amount that you take in.
