Delgado, Johnson, and Rhodes compete at 2014 All-Star game

Casey Delgado pitched the fourth inning for the East, striking out Windy City's Kyle Robinson and Joliet's Russell Moldenhauer before retiring River City's Saxon Butler on a groundout.

D.J. Johnson tossed 0.2 scoreless frames for the East in the last of the eighth inning, retiring Normal's Mike Schwartz, the eventual game MVP, and Schaumburg's Justin Vasquez on just three pitches.

Jake Rhodes caught the seventh and eighth frames for the East Division. He was behind the plate for four strikeouts as well as Johnson's appearance as Traverse City made up the battery for the East for the first two outs of the eighth inning. Rhodes was 0-for-1 in his lone at-bat.
