TC Bayhawk signs to play lacrosse at Siena

Traverse City West senior Alec Coolman plans to play college lacrosse for Siena.

Senior Alec Coolman is described by his high school lacrosse coach as the key to their defense.

Now Coolman is taking the leadership approach to the next level by becoming the first Traverse City Bayhawks lacrosse player to a receive a college scholarship.

Coolman was joined by his family as well as current head coach Ryan Schook and future head coach Ed Maloney at his house Friday afternoon to make it official that he will be playing for Siena Heights this fall.
