GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- The National Cherry Festival hosts different themed days -- every day -- and the 4th of July was no exception.
Wednesday was Special Kids Day, which means kids with hearing, visual, physical and developmental impairments could participate in activities and rides all morning long.
Some of the activities included face painting, pie making, jumpy houses and painting.
The kids were also able to ride carnival rides for free.
Families who participated said they had a great time.
