LEELANAU COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) --Make-A-Wish Michigan grants wishes to kids between the ages of 2 and-a-half and 18 years with critical illnesses.
Many of the children they grant wishes to battle their illnesses and move into a healthy adulthood.
Princess Monica had her wish granted in Traverse City, Michigan.

Last year Make-A-Wish Michigan granted more than 450 wishes to Michigan children with critical illnesses.
Every dollar that is raised in Michigan stays in Michigan.
They'll be having a Walk for Wishes on June 22nd, 2019.
