Homemade Lebanese Hummus
Ingredients:
3 cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
Juice of two lemons
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup tahini
1 tsp minced garlic (fresh)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Indian chili powder or cayenne pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add water as needed for proper consistency.
Serve with fresh veggies, chips or naan bread.
