Senate to vote to open debate on health care bill

WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) - All eyes fall on the Senate chambers Tuesday as lawmakers will hold a procedural vote on whether or not to open debate on the Senate's version of a health care bill beginning at noon Eastern time.

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., also returns to the floor for the first time after being diagnosed with brain cancer.
