A little warmer on Wednesday
Tuesday night be on the lookout for more scattered snow showers around northern Michigan. Most of the region sees a partly cloudy night, but the lake effect snow showers still will be with us overnight, so in a few towns, you could see another inch or two of snow. No advisory is expected, but some roads will be slippery. Low temperatures will be 10 to 24 degrees. Wind will come from the northwest at 10-20 mph.
Come Wednesday morning there could be a few light snow showers scattered around the state, but the sun will come through the clouds and it will warm up a bit. High temperatures will be from 30 to 40 degrees. Wind will come from the west and southwest at 10-20 mph. It will be partly sunny in the Lower Peninsula and mostly sunny in the Upper Peninsula.
Wednesday night could see more scattered snow showers will develop. Low temperatures will be 12 to 25 degrees. Wind will come from the northwest at 10-20 mph.
Thursday will bring snow showers in the Lower Peninsula and a partly sunny sky in the Upper Peninsula. High temperatures will be 20 to 30 degrees. Wind will be coming from the northwest at 15-25 mph.
Friday will be mostly sunny with high temperatures in the 25 to 35-degree range.
Saturday and Sunday will be sunny most of the time. We'll see some passing clouds. It will be a little warmer with highs both days from the middle 30s to middle 40s.
