LEELANAU COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- The autopsy has been completed on the body that was found in Lime Lake in Leelanau County Sunday.
The autopsy found no signs of assault or trauma on the body 34-year-old Gilbert Druja and ruled out foul play, according to Michigan State Police Troopers.
Troopers said the cause and manner of death can't be finalized until the toxicology report comes back.
Druja went missing Friday morning when his vehicle was found on at the M C Short Stop gas station in Maple City, troopers said.
The vehicle was running and the gas pump nozzle was in the vehicle, according to troopers.
Sunday morning, the body of the Chicago-area man was found in Lime Lake near Maple City, troopers reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
