Body found in Boardman River identified
TRAVERSE CITY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- Police identified the body that was found in the Boardman River Tuesday morning.
The body of 45-year-old Herbert Beaulieu was found around 8 a.m. near the mouth of the Boardman River by a man walking his dog.
According to the medical examiner from Western Michigan University, there was no internal or external trauma on the body.
The cause of death is pending based on the results of the toxicology report, police said.
Police said Beaulieu was from Suttons Bay and Bemidji, Minn.
