Casting call for Sleeping Bear Dunes video shoot
LEELANAU COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is filming a video and looking for outdoor enthusiasts to fill the scenes.
The production company Orange Frame needs extras for a winter activity video shoot at the Sleeping Bear Dunes.
The company is looking for volunteers to snowshoe, sled and cross-country ski around the park and no on-camera experience is needed.
Filming will take place January 27-29 and each scene is expected to take 2-4 hours to film.
Rangers said extras will need to provide their own gear but snacks will be provided.
They added that some extras will be interviewed on camera about their experiences at the Sleeping Bear Dunes.
If you're interested send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday.
Orange Frame asks you provide the following information:
- Role(s) of interest
- Name(s) and age(s)
- Experience with the onscreen activity required
- Recent photo
- Confirm shoot date availability
Rangers said candidates can apply for multiple roles and families can send just one email as long as they send information for each person.
Finding interested experienced extras is most important so rangers said they are flexible with casting.
