Convicted sex offender facing 20 new charges held on a million dollars bond

Wed, 24 Jul 2013 21:50:31 GMT — 31 year old Shawn Gatzke is being held on a million dollars bond in the Benzie County Jail and could face up to 40 years behind bars as a habitual offender due to new sex charges.

The Benzie County Prosecutor says Gatzke's probation officer found child pornography on Gatzke's smart phone.

Gatzke was convicted in 2012 of Possession of child sexually abusive material and distributing or promoting child sexually abusive material.
