FBI Special Agent Henrik testified during day 2 of the preliminary exam hearing involving three suspects charged in the Gov. Whitmer attempted kidnapping plot{ }{p}{/p}

{p}Pete Musico, 42, is charged with one count of threat of terrorism, a 20-year felony and $20,000 fine;{ } one count of gang membership, a 20-year felony that may be served as a consecutive sentence;{ } one count of providing material support for terrorist acts; one count for carrying or possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony; and felony firearm, a two-year mandatory prison sentence to be served consecutively.
