Former Kingsley principal accused of violating bond days before hearing
GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- A former northern Michigan middle school principal accused of inappropriate touching former students may now be in more legal trouble after investigators said he violated his bond.
Former Kingsley Middle School principal, Karl Hartman, was arrested last month and charged with multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Now, just days before his bond hearing, Hartman is accused of violating his bond by going to an area that he wasn't allowed to be in.
Court records show he is required to wear a GPS tether.
Hartman is due back in court Wednesday.
