Habitual offender arrested on fifth child sex crime case

    CHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- A Cheboygan County man was arrested Monday on a child sex crime charge.

    Lloyde Miller, 43 from Wolverine, is accused of having sexual contact with a minor, according to Cheboygan County Sheriff's Deputies.

    Miller was charged with one count of first degree criminal sexual conduct, furnishing alcohol to a minor and habitual offender fourth offense.

    He could face life in prison for the criminal sexual conduct charge, according to deputies.

    Miller has four previous second degree criminal sexual conduct convictions involving children under 13 in Iosco and Cheboygan counties.

    He was denied bond and will be back in court on February 20 at 10:30 a.m.
