Man convicted of murder in Kalkaska County
KALKASKA COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- A man has been found guilty of murder after an Inkster man was found dead in Kalkaska County last year.
The jury found Terrance Jordan guilty of open murder and armed robbery in the death of 42-year-old Broderick Ward.
Closing arguments were made Thursday afternoon and the jury came back with a verdict the same day.
On November 21, 2017, Ward was found dead from gunshot wounds inside a home on Gonyer Road in Kalkaska County.
Jordan, a 36-year-old man from Wisconsin was arrested the next day.
A date hasn't been set for Jordan's sentencing.
A second suspect, Jason Morgan, is scheduled for a jury status conference on November 6.
Morgan's trial is scheduled to start on December 10.
