CLARE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- One woman was killed and another was charged in a four-wheeler accident in Clare County.

Nicole Eysenbach, 43 from Florida, was driving a four-wheeler north on Hickory Avenue and lost control of her vehicle on the curve to Ashard Road Tuesday night, according to Clare County Sheriff's Deputies.

When deputies got to the scene, they found the four wheeler had left the road and hit a large tree.

The passenger in the vehicle, 48-year-old Pamela Bradshaw, was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said.

Eysenbach was arrested for operating while intoxicated causing death and resist and obstruct a police officer, deputies said.

She was arraigned Wednesday and bond was set at $200,000.

She is still lodged in the Clare County Jail.

Deputies said alcohol and speed are believed to be factors in the crash.
