Sheriff: Man wanted after domestic violence victim left with major injuries
CHIPPEWA COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- Deputies are searching for a man wanted on multiple charges, including domestic violence, in Chippewa County.
James Perrault is the suspect in a domestic assault that left the victim with major injuries on Tuesday in Rudyard, according to Chippewa County Sheriff's Deputies.
Perrault is described as a 6-foot 2-inches, 187 pound white male with red hair, according to deputies.
Perrault is wanted on a charge of aggravated domestic assault but also has a warrant for failure to appear from another domestic violence case and a warrant for property damage.
He is also wanted in Mackinac County court for child support, deputies said.
Deputies warn not to approach Perrault because he has violent tenancies but there is no reason to believe he's armed.
He was last seen at the casino in St Ignace on Tuesday, deputies said.
Anyone that sees Perrault is asked to call 911.
