While parts of Northern Michigan did get a little rain earlier Monday, almost every spot is still running below normal so far for June.

At least the humidity has been knocked down some thanks to the passage of a cold front. Behind that boundary, dew point readings are dropping and it feels more comfortable out there. Expect mainly sunny skies (EUP/Straits) Tuesday with partly to at times mostly cloudy skies along/south of highway M-72. A stationary front south of the area will lead to more clouds south. In fact, there could be a few passing lighter rain showers along the lakeshore from Benzie County south including the Frankfort/Manistee/Ludington areas at times Tuesday.Temperatures will range from the upper-60's to upper-70's with dry weather hanging on.

Quiet the remainder of the week with dry weather remaining in place Wednesday through Friday with 70's for daytime highs.

If you have weekend plans, be aware of the chance for some rain Saturday as low pressure swirls into the region.
