Wednesday will be the warmest day we've seen in a while

Tonight will be partly cloudy and cold but not nearly as cold as last night when some of the low temperatures fell below zero. Tonight's lows will be in the 18 to 28 degree range. Winds will gust from 10-20 mph.

Wednesday will be the warmest day of the week. Highs in the afternoon will climb into the 40s for some towns. Highs in the Lower Peninsula will be from 38 to 48 degrees. Highs in the Upper Peninsula will be 32 to 38 degrees. In the Lower, there will be lots of sunshine. In the Upper Peninsula, it will be mostly sunny, but you still could see a snow flurry. Wind will gust from 10-20 mph.

Thursday's highs will stay in the 30s for everyone in the region. Much of the day will be cloudy. In the U.P. some light rain and snow are possible so be on the lookout for icy patches on the roads. In the late afternoon and evening you could run into a snow shower in the Lower. Winds will gust 10-20 mph.

On Friday there could be some morning flurries in the Lower Peninsula. Mostly cloudy everywhere around northern Michigan. Highs 12 to 25 degrees.

Saturday's high temperatures will range from 22 to 32 degrees. Look for a mostly cloudy day with a few spots of light snow.

Sunday will be partly sunny with a few more spotty snow showers. Highs 30 to 40 degrees.
